In this role, you will be responsible for aligning with the ISEAL Code of Practice, relevant ISO standards, and applicable regulatory requirements to further develop and manage Better Cotton’s Claims Management System and Claims Monitoring & Enforcement Strategy. This includes work with members, certified organisations, and third parties.
