We are looking for someone to lead our Accident Benefit claims team in the West, merging technical knowledge with a customer centric focus. This role incorporates strategic planning as well as ensuring that appropriate procedures, processes, and tools are embed and performed by the team. The successful candidate must make data driven decisions to lead, while being responsible for the technical and people leadership of staff within the Healthcare claims units.
The successful candidate will have strong people leadership and engagement skills, validated execution capability, while showing initiative and creativity. The candidate must demonstrate the strategic mindset required to take our claim results to the next level.
