Start your journey with us The Medical Resource Unit is currently seeking a Managed Care Coordinator to coordinate and support managed care services for Claims. Starting salary: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: communicate with vendor partners and coordinates referrals for managed care services document file assignments and directions with high attention to detail complete review and payment of claims invoices, coordinating revisions as necessary collaborate with managed care vendor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure process consistency work in team environment as part of Medical Resource Unit supporting Managed Care, No Fault Claims, and Medicare work on projects as requested Be equipped with: portray a positive attitude in job performance through verbal and written communication show initiative in assisting and educating other associates focuses on customer service demonstrates strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work proficient with Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access strong decision-making skills strive for data accuracy and consistency experience with claims and managed care programs preferred experience with case management services preferred claims system knowledge preferred knowledge in Medicare reporting rules preferred willing to participate in additional claims education Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
