YOUR ROLE We’re looking for multiple Claims Management Officers to join our dedicated team within the Insurance division, supporting Motor Claims and Assessing, and Property and Niche Claims. As a Claims Management Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and third parties who’ve experienced a loss. A key part of your role will be identifying and managing recovery opportunities ensuring that claim costs are proactively triaged, managed, and recovered where possible. You’ll act as a referral point for complex decisions, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure outcomes align with our values and compliance standards. This is a Full Time, Permanent position based in Brisbane, Eight Mile Plains with flexible working arrangements to support team goals and customer needs. You’ll start your journey with a comprehensive induction and ongoing development to help you thrive. Work Hours & Availability This role operates on an 8.5-hour shift schedule, between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. After the training period, you will have the opportunity to work from home three days a week.
