Our client who are fast becoming a force to reckon with in the insurance industry are currently seeking a Claims Manager. This is an office-based role.
Responsibilities:
The Claim Repair Manager will be responsible for liaising with the policyholders throughout the life of the repair, particularly on key decisions relating to their works, creating and managing schedules of repair and ensuring that works are completed on or before the expected completion date.
- Experience with Scheduling tools/Gantt Charts
- Experience working in an office environment
- Ensuring a fair and reasonable outcome for our customers
- Managing claims until settlement under the guidance of our experienced managers
- Adhering to all legislative and compliance processes in your management of the claim
