This is a hands‑on role with clear responsibilities and timeframes. You’ll manage customer claims from start to finish, working with internal teams and customers to resolve issues accurately and fairly. What you’ll be involved in Entering, scanning and attaching claims into the system Investigating delivery discrepancies in line with business rules Working with sales, warehouse, distribution, customer service, credit teams, customers and freight forwarders to resolve claims Coordinating inspections for stock‑related claims Processing credit notes, rejection letters and return orders within agreed timeframes Responding to emails and phone enquiries in a timely, professional way Identifying opportunities to improve claims processes Providing feedback and reporting to the Claims Manager What you’ll bring You enjoy organised, detail‑focused work and take ownership of seeing tasks through to completion. You’re comfortable picking up the phone to clarify details and you're practical in how you approach problem‑solving.
