With a focus on team collaboration and our #QBEDNA this role is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career with full training provided. Your new role Provide an exceptional operational and customer service experience for diverse internal and external stakeholders with our customers, brokers and partnerships. Assist in the growth and retention of business by providing timely and effective solutions that adhere to QBE guidelines. Manage fire, theft & total loss claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring that claims are documented correctly, and resolved with a prompt and effective outcome. Manage claims using the appropriate external and internal Recover and Salvage specialists to achieve the settlement outcome efficiently and effectively. About you Previous experience in motor or general insurance claims is advantageous but not essential Strong customer service skills with a highly empathetic approach Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an engaging and courteous phone manner. Ability to multitask effectively, managing competing priorities to meet customer needs. Exceptional organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to critically assess and prioritise tasks. Responsibilities
