We are currently seeking a Claims Officer to join us on an initial 12-month contract. The ideal start date will be 8 September or 15 September.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, suppliers, and brokers relating to Commercial Non-Fleet, Corporate Fleet, and Leasing claims.
  • Resolve customer and intermediary issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proactively case-manage a portfolio of claims from start to resolution, ensuring a customer-first approach.
  • Keep customers, intermediaries, and stakeholders fully informed of claim progress.
  • Identify potential fraudulent claims, recovery opportunities, and salvage prospects.
  • Gather, assess, and interpret claim information to make sound decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with customers, intermediaries, suppliers, professional service providers, offshore partners, risk managers, and internal business teams.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS & HOURS

  • Hours of work: Between 8:00am – 7:00pm (flexible shifts within these times).
  • Hybrid working arrangement: Office/home-based split.
  • Home office requirements: A private space with a door and reliable internet connection.
