About the role   This is a key leadership role at Chubb Life New Zealand, sitting at the centre of claims performance, customer outcomes, and operational improvement. As Claims Operations Manager -  Lump Sum & Performance, you will lead a team of Claims Consultants while using data, insight, and technology to lift performance and improve the way work gets done. This is more than a people leadership role. It is an opportunity to shape the future of claims operations. You will identify trends, improve workflows, strengthen reporting, and turn insight into action. You will also help drive smarter ways of working, including process improvement, automation, and innovation across the function. Working closely with the Head of Customer Engagement, the wider leadership team, and key internal and global stakeholders, you will play a visible role in driving change.
