Join the DXC team and help bring our industry-leading claims management expertise to the people of New South Wales.
With over 20 years of experience in workers’ compensation claims management, DXC is launching a new Treasury Managed Fund (TMF) team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing and leading our claims management team. As a founding member, you will be instrumental in shaping the team’s structure, processes, and success.
As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will also display the organisational values and senior leadership behaviours required to reflect DXC’s company values.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven leader, with experience leading within the NSW worker’s compensation scheme
• Strategic and innovative thinking
• A strong customer service ethos
• Process improvement, reporting and governance expertise
• Experience in developing and implementing claims management plans and strategies to maximise performance
• Experience in developing a performance driven culture
• Customer relationship skills with stakeholders such as large employers, brokers, and regulatory authorities.
