Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to measure, review and improve claims team performance
Very high attention to details
Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy
Good numerical skills
Ability to identify and respond to risks
Strong ability to think creatively
Excellent communication skills with client focus; understanding and applying appropriate communication style
Spanish level- at least C1
English level – at least B2+
