POSITION OVERVIEW

  • 6-12 Month, Casual opportunity
  • True hybrid working – work from home and our Mitcham office
  • $31.20 per hour (inclusive of 25% causal loading) plus 12% superannuation

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process payments of invoices related to third party suppliers, and/or apply account credits.
  • Compile information from multiple systems to support delivery of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests within regulated timeframes.
  • Triage debt collection activities based on guidelines for action, legal assistance and working with debt management teams.
  • Seek quotes, generate work orders and prepare invoices to recover the cost of repairing damaged assets.
  • Administer debt management processes for unpaid damaged asset invoices, including, outbound/inbound calls, payment arrangements, letters of demand and performance reporting.
  • Prepare and complete release forms for claims settlements.
  • Maintain high quality records of actions taken when managing and responding to or processing claims/administrative work.
  • Triage incoming claims work, including case creation and data gathering.
