This role includes overseeing subrogation efforts on small non-litigation auto losses, as well as providing administrative support to the Claims Recovery area and its processes. Including but not limited to managing the group email inbox, processing incoming receipts, processing assignments to collection firms, arbitration assignments and managing incoming physical mail. Hybrid work options are available in selected departments at our Headquarters located in Fairfield, Ohio. Eligibility may vary based on your role, responsibilities, and departmental policies. Salary: The pay range for this position is $35,000 - $46,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
