Your Role Join us as a Claims Resolution Specialist in CTP Liability and Disputes, where you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic legal services, expert advice, and effective advocacy throughout formal dispute processes. You’ll drive timely, evidence-based decision that improves claims outcome and support cost-efficient resolutions, while contributing valuable insights to enhance our claims practices. In this role, you’ll prepare submissions for Personal Injury Commission assessments, conduct internal reviews, and provide strategic advice on liability and resolution strategies. You’ll monitor claims performance, identify trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in response to legislative and case law developments. As part of the CTP Liability and Disputes team, you’ll help deliver strong people, customer, financial, and risk outcomes that contribute to the overall success of CTP Claims. About You Legal expertise in dispute resolution, with a deep understanding of relevant legislation and the ability to navigate complex legal processes confidently. Tertiary qualifications in law or a related legal field. Preferred experience in CTP claims and CTP dispute resolution, with technical proficiency in managing complex cases. Capable of balancing business improvement initiatives with customer, regulator, and community expectations. Ability to provide high-quality advice on liability, evidence, and resolution strategies.
