In this role, you’ll manage complex and escalated insurance claim complaints, working closely with customers, third parties, and internal teams to resolve disputes efficiently and professionally. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure feedback drives continuous improvement across the business. This is a full-time position with a fun and collaborative team based in Meanjin (Brisbane – Eight Mile Plains).
