MOTOR CLAIMS SERVICE CONSULTANT – CUSTOMER & OPERATIONS – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

  • Multiple positions available.
  • 4-6 weeks of hybrid training.
  • Hybrid working environment.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am-6.30pm (local time based on your location)
  • Ability to work a training roster from 9am-5.30pm (AEST time)
  • Commencement date of 30th June 2025

Responsibilities
  • Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims and handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.
  • Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.
