Responsibilities

You will optimise performance of all insurance claims activities through Nutrien Ag Solutions by ensuring all claim administration functions are carried out in a professional manner within specified time frames. In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • End to end management of basic to intermediate claims
  • Providing updates to clients via phone and email in a clear and professional manner
  • Settlement of claims
  • Assisting Claims Manager and the team with more complex claims by loading and lodging them into the portal
  • Following up with insurers in relation to claim progress and updates
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer care

This role will suit someone who is a strong administrator who prides themselves in providing exceptional customer service ideally gained within the insurance industry. In addition, you will have/be:

  • Enthusiastic with a strong customer service focus
  • Brokerage experience preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated time management, multi-tasking & prioritising skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Previous experience in insurance/broking industry
  • Ideally some administration experience
  • You are a team player and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Tier 1 accreditation or willingness to acquire one
