In this role, you’ll process a variety of claims with accuracy and care, helping ensure our members receive the benefits they deserve.

• Process hospital, medical, dental, group life, disability claims
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with program specifications and participant elections
• Review claims for discrepancies and coordinating with vendor partners for resolution
• Manage adjustments, refunds, and return checks within service standards
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
