Job Description • Understands project needs and determines proper resources for projects, especsially in the claims assessment field • Evaluates external tools and resources. • Prepares statistical reports on claims evaluations • Analyzes and selects information on claims under supervision of Senior Claims Expert • Answers correspondence on special reference subjects. • May be designated according to specialized functions. • Under direct supervision, interacts with professional/technical staff and clients to accomplish assigned objectives. • Requires limited exercise of judgment. • Receives guidance on new aspects of assignments.
