We are seeking a Claims Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team on a 12-month parental leave contract basis.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting our Case Managers with claims administrative tasks to ensure they deliver outstanding service to our customers
  • Efficiently managing applicable work queue to ensure all actions are completed within timeframes
  • Accurate processing of claim payments to ensure no duplication
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of best practices
  • Working with a team of passionate professionals committed to making a difference
