Responsibilities:
- Ensure service provider payments and medical reimbursements are keyed accurately within required timeframes
- Analyse data to identify the correct claim to complete data entry and whether the account is a duplicate
- Skilled at managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records in a high-volume environment.
- Confident in liaising with a variety of stakeholders, providing clear and accurate assistance
