Are you a skilled claims professional with a passion for training and coaching others? Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance, as part of the Human Resources Team is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to lead impactful learning initiatives that elevate the performance and service of our claims team. This role is a key partner in improving employee capabilities and delivering excellent claims service across Missouri.

Responsibilities
  • Design, present, and refine training programs and materials for claims professionals.
  • Train new and existing staff on systems, best practices, and third-party tools (Xactimate, QCS, ISO, Plnar, Mitchell).
  • Partner with leadership to identify training needs, implement coaching strategies, and improve operational outcomes.
  • Conduct audits, support catastrophe response, and provide expertise in claims processes and compliance.
  • Facilitate engaging presentations, track training effectiveness, and implement process improvements.
  • Create guidelines and manuals to standardize claims handling practices and enhance service delivery.
  • Attend and participate in legal proceedings and claims-related events as needed.
  • Travel statewide, including overnight stays (requires a Valid Missouri Driver’s License).
