Are you an experienced motor claims professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in personal injury claims? Barker Munro Recruitment is looking for a PI Technical Claims Team Leader to join a leading insurance provider’s Personal Injury team in Salford Quays, Manchester.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead and motivate a team of PI Claims Negotiators
• Oversee claims handling, ensuring compliance with policies, FCA requirements, and Consumer Duty principles
• Provide regular performance reports
• Handle complex and potentially fraudulent claims, conduct audits, and support process improvements
• Play a key role in coaching, developing talent, and supporting recruitment

What you’ll need:

• Significant experience in motor personal injury claims, including MOJ Portal and OIC reforms
• Proven team management and auditing experience
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
