CLAMP OPERATOR

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Clamp Operator for one of our client in North York, ON. As a Clamp Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating clamp forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the Electronic facility. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Clamp Operator or similar role- Minimum 1 year.
Valid forklift operator certification.
Strong understanding of material handling equipment and safety practices.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Operate clamp forklifts to move and handle materials, such as paper rolls, cartons, or other products.
Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and production lines.
Ensure materials are handled without damage and stored in designated areas.
Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure proper functionality and report any maintenance needs.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking moved materials.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
