THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Clarification Expert in the Zalando Lounge Content Solutions, you will be part of a high performing team and required to work with vigor, agility and open mind while supporting the teams in clarifying issues and ensuring flawless production of all products offered on Lounge by Zalando website.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

As a crucial member of our clarification team, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our product offerings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Issue Management: Independently assess and address discrepancies in product deliveries, ensuring each issue is thoroughly documented and tracked in our system.
  • Problem Resolution: Take proactive steps to resolve issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and implementing corrective actions.
  • Process Execution: Follow established procedures to manage and resolve clarification cases, ensuring that all actions comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, buying, and customer service, to gather necessary information and facilitate seamless resolution of issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.
