Attention to detail and a focus on excellence will set the candidate up for success.  Position: The Clarks Fork Cook will be directly responsible for cooking for our Paws Up teammates, providing a fun and safe place to eat, and to assist and prepare aspects of the food production and preparation according to the Restaurant outlet menu items. What We Offer:   * Career Development and Advancement Opportunities * Employee Assistance Program(5 free counseling sessions) * Referral Bonus Program(Get paid $250 to recruit) * Carpool Reimbursement($5-$20/Day) * Employee Discounts on Merchandise(30% on select items in our retail store) * Employee lunch provided Primary Functions and Responsibilities:   * Prepare, and help with AM/PM Prep Lists * Learn and variety of techniques and cook for our Paws Up Family * Communicate with Management on daily production requirements * Set-up, breakdown, and proper maintenance of all equipment in Clark Fork Kitchen * Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.  * Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. * Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.  * Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. * Prepare cold food.  * Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.  * Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.  * Monitor food quality while preparing food.  * Set-up and break down workstation.  * Assist other kitchen team members when needed * Exhibit an understanding of the importance of safe food handling procedures, as well as safety procedures in the kitchen * Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.  * Label, date, store and rotate all products while maintaining assigned stock levels * Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
