Job Description Salary: £41,377.32 per annum basic. Shifts: 5 on 3 off shifts available AM & PM shifts available. Drivers will be required to Night Out - £25 Night out allowance per night. Shift Premiums as below: Start times available between 12:00 – 19:59 – Shift premium of £10 per shift Start times available between 20:00 – 03:59 - Shift premium of £15 per shift Overtime (working an extra shift outside of your agreed shift pattern) Monday to Friday - £16.90 per hour. Saturday - £20.09 per hour. Sunday - £22.84 per hour. Driver duty premium applicable to Drivers who work over 11 hours Driver performance bonus Shift allowance applicable to some shift patterns Qualifications Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence Current CPC and Tacho Card. Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours. Excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
