We’re currently recruiting a Class 1 Driver to join our dedicated team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a full-time, permanent role with a rare and highly sought-after Monday to Friday schedule, with early start times between 04:00 and 06:00—perfect for early birds who like to beat the traffic and finish early! What you’ll do on a typical day: Carrying out multi-drop deliveries, averaging 3 to 7 drops per day Operating your vehicle safely and legally at all times Ensuring the vehicle is correctly and securely loaded prior to departure – No handball required Completing all delivery and vehicle documentation accurately and in line with company policy Operating automated lift decks as required during daily operations What you need to succeed at GXO: A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with an up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Less than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements) An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph A strong understanding of road safety and vehicle compliance A team player with a professional attitude and excellent timekeeping We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
