Paradox Access Solutions is seeking Class 1 Truck Drivers to join our team!
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent
WAGE: $36.00 to $40.00 per hour
LOCATION: Estevan, SK with multiple projects throughout the province

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? (REQUIREMENTS)

  • Valid Class 1 Driver’s License and adequate Commercial Driver’s Abstract.
  • Off-Highway Experience
  • Chaining Experience
  • 2 years or more of oil field hauling experience would be considered and asset.
  • Super B and/or Winch experience.
  • H2S, CSTS, WHMIS and Standard First Aid tickets.
  • Mechanically inclined and able to diagnose basic issues with the truck.
  • Able to take direction effectively and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol test for pre-employment and pre-site access.
  • The ability to operate heavy equipment would be considered an asset

Responsibilities
  • General maintenance and hauling or Paradox products off-road and/or on-road.
  • Proper maintenance of the Hours-of-Service Logbook.
  • Proper documentation of pre-and-post trip inspections.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted daily.
  • Ensure all logbooks follow policies and regulations.
  • Ensure loads are measured for height, weight, width, length, and overhang to ensure compliance regulations and permits.
  • Maintain all slings and lifting cables.
  • Ensure cargo is secure for transportation.
  • Ensure all required safety equipment is in the unit prior to starting a job.
  • Keep units clean at all times.
  • Advise dispatch of any hazards.
  • Wear proper personal protective equipment on job sites.
  • Check to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.
