Reliable Equipment Rentals Ltd. provides aerial equipment rentals and services to valued customers throughout southwestern British Columbia.
We are looking for an experienced Class 1 Truck Driver responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading high-reach construction equipment (boom lifts and scissor lifts) throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

$32.00 TO $36.00 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years truck driving experience with a clean driving record. Experience of operating high-reach construction equipment preferred.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of Lower Mainland cities and roads
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing
• Good customer service skills
• Knowledge of work and equipment safety
• Attention to detail

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATION:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in operating a commercial truck.
• Class 1 Driver’s License
• Forklift Certification
• Aerial Lift Certification
• Clean driving record

Experience:

Work Location: In perso

• Completion of daily pre/post trip inspection.
• Loads the equipment onto the vehicle and follows scheduled route for delivery.
• Unloads the equipment at the customer site and completes paperwork for delivery confirmation.
• Picks up equipment at the customer site and returns to the yard.
• Maintains regular communication with Dispatcher and Dispatch Manager and reports any issues.
