Description:

Primary Duties:

  • Drive a tandem truck in a safe and efficient manner under various conditions primarily for snow removal.
  • Mostly nights, we try to avoid weekends. (Sunday - Thursday 9 pm-6 am)
  • Position can lead into summer employment.
  • Plowing positions available if more hours are wanted.
  • Responsible for daily pre and post trip inspections of trucks assigned
  • Report any driving infractions and/or suspensions;
  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task
  • Perform end of day driver check-ins to ensure complete and accurate paperwork completion.
  • Protect and promote the interest of this company in all matters and to take actions as required to satisfy such responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 3 license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed
