CLASS 3 DRIVER / CARDLOCK & WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

We have a new & exciting opportunity for a full-time permanent role at our busy Golden Cardlock & Fuel Bulk Plant for someone who loves to work out-of-doors and is a safe and experienced class 3 driver. If you are a self-starter with excellent customer service skills, mountain driving experience and able to multi-task, we would love to hear from you!
The Lubrication Delivery/Warehouse Associate will have the responsibility of delivering lubrication approximately 60% of the time and remainder of time will be spent maintaining the warehouse and cardlock areas and providing relief support for the Golden team. This role is an integral part of the team with a class 3 drivers’ license with 3 years’ mountain driving experience and a minimum age of 25 as per our insurance requirements.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 PM (somewhat flexible shift during business hours)

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Class 3 Driver’s License and 3+ years’ experience mountain driving
  • Clean Drivers Abstract
  • Ability to produce a clean criminal record check
  • Committed to providing quality work while working safely
  • Basic knowledge and comfort level with computers
  • Physically fit to perform heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs. safely)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize your day

Responsibilities
  • Delivery of lubrication on a daily basis in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to transport regulations and company policies and practices.
  • Delivery of oil/fuel products as required.
  • Complete daily and weekly processes and inspections including: fuel dips, change out garbage’s and windshield buckets when needed, cleaning and maintaining the cardlock and bathrooms.
  • Complete minor repairs including replacing of damaged hoses and nozzles.
  • Receive and record supplier and customer lubricant orders.
  • Dip and record the oil/water separator levels and test the on/off valve on a weekly basis.
  • Complete paperwork associated with day-to-day duties and safety requirements.
  • Complete all required documentation, forms, checklists, and reporting within the timelines established as appropriate.
