Mō te tūranga | About the role We’re looking for an experienced Class 4/5 Truck Driver to join our Christchurch team. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes variety, takes pride in doing the job properly, and values being part of a team that backs each other. You’ll help keep work moving across Christchurch and the wider region, transporting materials and equipment safely and efficiently. It’s Good Work that matters, with a crew that takes the work seriously, but has fun along the way. Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities Drive and operate trucks and associated machinery safely and professionally. Carry out transport duties across Christchurch and the wider region. Keep vehicles and equipment in good condition and stay on top of basic maintenance checks. Make sure all transport compliance requirements are current and met, including RUC, COF, registration and HPMV where needed. Work alongside the wider crew to support day-to-day delivery and get the job done right. Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with A current Class 4 or Class 5 licence, with WTRD endorsements preferred. Flexibility to work varied hours, work away when required, and pitch in across different tasks. Proven truck driving experience, ideally in construction, bulk tipping, transporters or DG tankers. A strong commitment to safety, wellbeing and doing things the right way. Confidence using electronic dispatch systems (iOS based). Flexibility to perform various daily tasks and grow with the team. A great work ethic and a positive attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Reliability and excellent time management skills.
