Class A CDL Driver – Local Dedicated (Chesapeake, VA) We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local route based out of Chesapeake, VA. This position offers consistent pay, weekend work, and steady freight with live unloads. Position Highlights Location: Chesapeake, VA (Virginia – East region) Schedule: Primarily weekends, both day and night shifts Average Weekly Pay: $1,800 (annualized ~$93,600) Bonus: $100 weekly safety bonus (must complete 2 loads per week with no accidents/incidents) Freight Type: Dry van, live unload, rota cart unload Equipment: Rollers, racks, and load bars provided Pay Add-ons: $70 DED-DRY $40 for loads under 51 miles $20 additional pay $240 live unload allowance Dedicated Route: Leave out the night before with early morning stops; occasional Saturday deliveries Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 6 months of driving experience (First Seat – Experienced) Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays Strong commitment to safety and reliability What to Expect Dedicated local runs with consistent freight Occasional Saturday deliveries Home regularly with predictable scheduling Safety-focused environment with weekly bonus opportunities If you’re an experienced CDL driver looking for a stable dedicated position with strong weekly pay and consistent freight, apply today to join our Chesapeake-based team.
