Let’s take a closer look at the role. Job Description TA Services is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with at least 2 years of CDL driving experience. Shift: 1st Shift: 1 driver | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 1 driver | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Responsibilities Transport finished goods and/or raw materials to and from manufacturing plants or retail/distribution centers Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, along with light preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and internal company policies Safely maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly Work Environment Fast-paced, local deliveries and loading dock environments Exposure to outdoor weather conditions Physical work, including occasional lifting, climbing, and extended sitting while driving Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required Experience Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving Previous experience in commercial driving or similar transportation roles preferred Basic Requirements: Must be at least 23 years old No DWI/DUI on MVR in the past 3 years No more than one at-fault accident on MVR within the past 3 years Must pass pre-employment physical and DOT drug screen Personality Traits Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to jump in where needed "Whatever it takes" mentality Safety-minded and dependable Additional Information Pay/Benefits/Perks $31 Hourly Accrue up to five days PTO in first year Two weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Other benefits include Doc-On-Demand, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Volunteer Day, Employee Assistance Program All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
