Tucker Door & Trim boasts an ever-growing fleet of tractor-trailers making regular deliveries to wholesale customers throughout the Southeastern United States, including Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. We have immediate openings for Class A CDL drivers in Albany, GA and want you to join our team of drivers who have lifelong careers with us. Hourly Pay Monday to Friday Well maintained and new equipment Paid Training Dedicated Runs Max 2 nights out per week Pay based off of EDL Layover and hotel per diem Skills 18 months of proven truck driving experience within the last 36 months Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software No major moving or driving violations within the last year 18 months of class A commercial driving experience Responsibilities Transport finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers Inspect vehicles for mechanical items, safety issues, perform pre-trip, inter-trip and post-trip inspections Ensure that delivery schedules are meet as scheduled Retain all necessary documents for each trip Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) Ensure compliance with Tucker Door and Trim safety and company policies Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Immediately report defects, accidents or violations Physical Requirements This position requires sitting, standing, entering and exiting truck and trailer continuously for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; infrequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. We are an equal-opportunity employer. Responsibilities

Transport finished goods and raw materials between manufacturing plants, retail centers, and distribution hubs. Perform rigorous vehicle inspections and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and delivery schedules.
