The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy machinery and a strong understanding of construction site protocols. This role involves working on various excavation projects, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and efficiently while adhering to industry standards. Benefits Pay: $20.00/hour training pay. $240 per day ($1,200/week earning potential) once training is completed Medical, Dental and Vision available on day 1! Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including Excavators, loaders, skid steers, trailers, and medium duty trucks for excavation tasks. Perform digging operations to prepare sites for construction, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications. Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with team members to coordinate excavation efforts and maintain a safe work environment. Follow all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site to minimize risks. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and job progress. Adhere to DOT regulations at all times. Experience CDL A required. Previous experience with Septic Systems is mandatory. Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in underground excavation. Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery is a plus. Previous experience working on construction sites is essential, with a focus on teamwork and communication skills. Ability to operate tanker trucks is advantageous but not mandatory.
