This position is built for both experienced professionals and entry-level drivers who want consistent freight and real structure instead of long-haul OTR uncertainty. You will run a defined network with shorter routes, steady volume, and a schedule designed to get you back home every single weekend. You leave out on Monday, and the weekend is yours for a reliable reset.
