Description Description: Safely deliver product to customers in a timely manner. Hartung customers include job sites, glass houses, plumbing wholesalers, Home Depot and Lowes stores, both in-state and out-of-state. Requirements: Requirements Maintain a valid driver’s license (Class A ) Maintain an acceptable MVR and current DOT Medical card Meet scheduling requirements as outlined by Shipping Manager Two overnights a week in South Seattle Area Ability to align daily work hours with route schedules to support efficiency and control overtime. Pre & post trip vehicle inspections Maintain vehicle mileage log (electronic and paper) Complete paperwork correctly (shippers/return slips) Check and secure loads Operate a boom type crane as needed Accurately track delivery and pick-up of A-racks and slot rack Log in patterns and returned items Loads truck as needed Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery Able to pass DOT regulated drug/alcohol screen Adhere to all DOT guidelines Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to provide stellar customer service and resolve issues as need Great attendance and work ethic Other duties as assigned
