Description Class A Flatbed Driver Join Mack Industries – Drive Local, Earn More, Be Home Every Night Mack Industries is seeking experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our growing team. Position Highlights: • Local routes – home every night • Earn $1,000–$1,600+ per week (based on experience & loads) • Quarterly Attendance Bonus • Annual Safe Driving Bonus • Monthly Gainsharing Bonus Requirements What You’ll Do: Safely transport engineered precast/prestress concrete products to job sites Ensure all loads are properly secured and meet safety standards Assist with loading and unloading using forklifts/cranes as needed Follow all DOT and company safety regulations Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks Use ELD systems to log inspections, hours, and maintenance Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries Verify product counts and condition before departure and upon delivery Support team operations and assist other departments when needed Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record At least 1 year of driving experience Ability to haul oversized and heavy loads Flatbed experience preferred (but not required) High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and problem-solving skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Outdoor construction environments in varying weather conditions Exposure to dust, noise, and dirt Ability to lift moderate weights occasionally Must be able to stand, squat, climb, kneel, and crawl as needed What Sets You Apart: Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Safety-focused and detail-oriented Reliable, organized, and accountable Customer-focused with a professional attitude Self-motivated and proactive Crane experience or extra certifications are a plus Why Mack Industries?
