Summary Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Class Action Associate Attorney with at least 2+ years' experience to join its growing class action group in San Francisco. The Class Action Attorney will help handle a heavy and complex caseload of federal and state cases related to unfair business practices, consumer protection and privacy statues. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of state and federal class action cases in various stages Investigation, drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda Guiding clients through the case process Interacting with expert witnesses, including preparation of expert reports and affidavits Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualification Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association Minimum 2+ years' of class action experience, including trial, deposition, and motions experience in technical, complex cases, ideally on behalf of plaintiffs Exceptional research skills.
