Class B CDL Driver – Sweeper Operations (Night Shift) Sunday - Thursday 10 Hour Shift (7PM-5AM) Hourly Range: $22.40 - $28.01 This role is designed for experienced Class B drivers operating street sweepers in active environments. As a Driver B Sweeper, you will support roadway and facility cleanliness while maintaining strict safety and DOT compliance. This is steady, route-based work with consistent schedules and long-term stability. Why This Role Matters Sweeper operations are critical to safety, environmental compliance, and site readiness. Your work helps maintain safe roadways and operational areas across our system. What You’ll Do • Operate Class B street sweepers on assigned routes • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Complete DOT logs and route documentation • Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route or equipment issues • Work safely around traffic and active operations What We’re Looking For • Valid Class B CDL • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience • Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds • Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic • Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Pay & Schedule • Hourly pay - Lots of overtime. • Full-time schedules • Early morning or daytime routes depending on assignment • Overtime may be available based on operational needs Qualifications About Us CR&R Incorporated is a leading waste and recycling services provider operating across multiple states.
