Truck Driver Job description
WWF Construction is looking for experienced drivers in end dump operation, hauling gravel, asphalt and mud. Candidates must have valid class 1 starting wage is $25.00 per hour for class 1 and must have own vehicle to commute to work, as there is no bus service to shop. Job Type: Full-time

• Duties:
• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Transport goods and materials from one location to another
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks
• Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements
• clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo
• Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
