The repayment is subject to a maximum of £7,500 for a three year degree course or £10,000 for a four year degree course, and the requirements detailed in the Teacher Loan Cancellation Policy.
For those returning to the island after graduating from university, you will receive a refund on your national insurance contributions during the first 12 months of your employment, up to £4,400.
Access to the Isle of Man Public Service Cycle to Work scheme after your first year of employment.
Access to the Learning, Education and Development training facility, which is exclusively for Public Service employees, to keep on top of your continuous professional development.
