Littlegreen Academy, a SEMH school for boys aged 7 – 16 years, (close to Rowlands Castle, Clanfield and Horndean), became a member of The Solent Academies Trust on 1st January 2019.  We are an outstanding special school’s trust and learning community which includes Mary Rose Academy, Cliffdale Primary Academy, Dove House Academy and Redwood Park Academy. The Trust has a successful track record of developing and supporting staff to make sure you gain the skills and experience to enable our pupils to achieve great things. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Special Needs Teacher for September 2026, skilled in Primary and/or Secondary teaching, who understands the unique challenges and incredible strength of children with diverse learning needs. You will develop and deliver tailored lesson plans that inspire engagement and progress, working closely with a team of skilled professionals. We will provide high quality coaching, support and professional development.
