A reputable and specialized classic car workshop is seeking an experienced and passionate Garage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care for vintage and luxury automobiles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of classic car restoration, mechanical maintenance, and client consultation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supervising in classic car garages, restoration workshops, or luxury vehicle maintenance environments
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vintage and classic cars, including engines, transmissions, and bodywork repairs
• Experience sourcing and handling authentic spare parts for classic automobiles
• Excellent client communication and advisory skills
• Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with specialists, and meet deadlines
• A genuine passion for classic cars and their preservation.

Experience:

• Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)

• Supervise daily activities within the garage, including repairs, restorations, and routine maintenance of classic cars
• Coordinate with external repair workshops, specialists, and suppliers to ensure efficient and quality service delivery
• Advise clients on restoration processes, mechanical diagnostics, and maintenance strategies
• Manage spare parts inventory, sourcing authentic and high-quality components suitable for classic vehicles
• Oversee work flow, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and preservation of vehicle originality during restorations and repairs
• Maintain comprehensive service records, job documentation, and progress reports
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and organization standards within the workshop environment
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to meet quality standards and deadlines
