ROLE:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Classroom Assistants to join our team. In this rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in supporting students’ individual needs-working closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that each student receives personalised care, both in and outside of the classroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support students with personal care, mobility assistance, and medication needs
• Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) within classroom settings
• Help create and maintain a safe, positive learning environment
• Monitor student wellbeing and keep accurate care records
• Promote inclusion during breaktimes, mealtimes, and extracurricular activities
• Collaborate with parents, carers, teachers, and healthcare teams
• Assist with the implementation of healthcare plans under professional guidance
