HAZEL TREE EDUCATION ARE RECRUITING FOR CLASSROOM SUPPORT ASSISTANTS.

Due to increased demand, Hazel Tree Education are looking for Classroom Support Assistants to work in mainstream and SEN schools with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities based in Wigan, Warrington and the surrounding areas.
We are currently working with both primary and secondary schools who require flexible, temporary support staff for both full and part-time opportunities to work with children. This could include learners with a range of complex needs including Autism, ADHD and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
No experience is necessary as we can offer a unique, in-house program of courses and training, developed and delivered by a qualified teacher, to ensure that you feel supported in your role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and ensuring a supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, particularly those with special educational needs, including autism.
  • Foster positive relationships through effective communication and mentoring.
  • Help prepare educational materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with educators to implement individualized learning plans and monitor student progress.
