Qualifications

• Strong Teaching and Education skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver curriculum to K–12 learners.
• Experience in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing instructional activities and supporting student skill development.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, colleagues, and the wider school community.
• Recognized teaching qualification or certification appropriate for K–12 education in British Columbia (or eligibility for certification).
• Knowledge of inclusive education practices and strategies to support diverse and exceptional learners.
• Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and collaboration in a team-oriented school environment.
