Purpose of this position: Children’s Service Center is currently looking for an energetic and dependable person who works well independently and collectively as a treatment team member. If you are ambitious and confident in your ability to learn, the Classroom Therapist position is right for you. Join our team of employees in our Partial Hospitalization Program to experience the positivity of helping change young people’s lives in a classroom setting. This team member will be fully trained in the daily activities to provide services to youth in this nontraditional setting and will be supervised by senior clinicians on a weekly basis, with additional meetings as needed.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Knowledge of individual and group behavior and the interrelationships between social, economic, psychological, and general physiological factors * Knowledge of current social, economic, health problems and resources, with emphasis upon factors relating to physical and mental health of all age groups * Demonstrated capacity to develop further knowledge of casework principles, practices and methodology Children’s Service Center/Robinson Counseling Center for adults creates a positive working culture of Care and Commitment for employees which extends to the children & families we serve.
